Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please feel free to contact me. If there is a problem with the product eg. a problem/ fault/defect with the stitching or fabric , I will replace/ fix the problem and will arrange and pay for the courier. This will only be applicable if the product arrived at the customer this way and did not occur after delivery.


If the product was ordered in error (customer remorse) , I can arrange a courier, but the courier fee will be the responsibility of the customer.


If there are any other issues, I will be happy to discuss and find a solution that everyone is happy with!
