These meditation cushions are designed to give your spine the much needed support, giving good alignment during meditation and yoga. The firm fill let’s you sit comfortably, letting your legs slope down and your hips roll forward. 

Washing instructions: Wash on cold cycle, hang to dry. Do not wash the inner.
